Welcome to the Vision Packaging website. By accessing this website or placing an order with Vision Packaging (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website.
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance.
An order is not confirmed until:
· Payment has been successfully authorised.
· You receive an order confirmation from Vision Packaging.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:
· products are unavailable;
· pricing errors have occurred;
· fraudulent activity is suspected;
· payment cannot be authorised.
If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
All prices displayed on the Vision Packaging website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
GST will be calculated and added at the applicable rate during checkout and shown before payment is completed.
Vision Packaging reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We endeavour to keep stock information current. Occasionally products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.
Where this occurs we may:
· supply the available items;
· advise an expected delivery date;
· offer an alternative product;
· refund unavailable items.
Payments are securely processed through Windcave.
Vision Packaging does not store your full credit or debit card details.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been authorised.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Vision Packaging is not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the purchaser once delivery has been completed.
Ownership of goods remains with Vision Packaging until payment has been received in full.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.
Actual products, colours and packaging may vary slightly from those shown.
Where products are purchased for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 is excluded to the maximum extent permitted under section 43 of that Act.
Vision Packaging may, at its discretion, offer approved customers a trade credit account.
Approval of a trade account is subject to completion of a credit application, satisfactory credit assessment and acceptance of Vision Packaging’s credit terms.
Trade account holders agree to:
· Pay all invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
· Ensure account details remain accurate and up to date.
· Notify Vision Packaging immediately of any changes to ownership, business structure or contact details.
Vision Packaging reserves the right to:
· suspend or withdraw credit facilities at any time;
· require payment before dispatch for overdue accounts;
· place accounts on hold where payment terms are not met;
· decline further orders until outstanding amounts have been paid.
Interest and reasonable debt recovery costs may be charged on overdue accounts where permitted by law and where specified in the customer’s approved credit agreement.
Ownership of all goods supplied on credit remains with Vision Packaging until payment has been received in full.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to Vision Packaging under New Zealand law.
All website content including text, logos, images, graphics and product information remains the property of Vision Packaging or its licensors.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
You agree not to:
· misuse this website;
· interfere with website security;
· upload malicious software;
· attempt unauthorised access.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Packaging will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business interruption.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products supplied.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, supplier shortages or government actions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes will be resolved through the New Zealand courts.
Vision Packaging may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
